How many sites can I use these products on?

Unlimited. As many as you want.

As a web designer you make money by designing websites for other companies and brands. We want to make sure you have the resources to continue doing just that – which is why we don’t limit the number of sites you can use our products on.

As long as you’re a member you can use the products on any site you’re working on.

How do I update products once new versions are released?

To keep all your WP Creator’s Club products up-to-date, we created an extremely lightweight and efficient authentication plugin. Once installed and activated on a website, you’ll receive update notifications right on your WordPress dashboard.

Products can then be updated immediately, right in your WordPress dashboard with our one-click update feature.

How often do the memberships renew?

Memberships renew yearly but members lock in the price at which they joined.

This means that as the value and the price of memberships go up, members will always pay the same membership price, even as we continue to add more products.

I need a plugin/child theme that does something specific, can I request it to be developed?

Definitely!

As I like to say, we’re all in this together. If you have a need for a plugin there is a good chance other designers need it too.

Our members can use the Product Request feature of their membership to request plugins and child themes to be made. While I can’t promise we’ll get to develop all of them, we’ll do our best to prioritize the proposed products to help the community as a whole.

Also, the more diverse our products are, the more valuable the membership is. Since members lock in their rate, you’ll always pay the same membership fee for unlimited access no matter how many plugins and child themes we continue to develop. 

How do I get support for a product?

All of our members have access to priority support via our Support page.

Tickets submitted through this form will be handled first before any other general questions or inqueries. 

What if I want to cancel my membership?

If you want to cancel an existing membership we’d be sad to see you go, but you can use the cancel my membership link found on your account details page.

There are no cancellation fees and we’ll stop the renewal of your membership once it comes up for renewal.

We stand behind our products and their quality 100%, but due to the digital nature of our products, we have a “limited refund policy” that we strictly enforce.
